引發(fā)失靈原因:各個(gè)氣缸作業(yè)不良,導(dǎo)致緊縮壓力不一致;燃油供應(yīng)體系中有空氣、水分或是油路不暢;高壓油泵內(nèi)各分泵柱塞供油量有較多關(guān)聯(lián);調(diào)速器調(diào)速功能問題;調(diào)速器不能夠達(dá)到低轉(zhuǎn)速;調(diào)速器內(nèi)部旋轉(zhuǎn)零件不平衡,有較大空隙;調(diào)速器轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)不到額定數(shù)據(jù)。

點(diǎn)考慮是機(jī)油問題,黏度低或是油量過多,造成不完全焚燒從而高溫蒸發(fā)成為油氣從排氣管排出。此時(shí)需要對(duì)柴油機(jī)油底殼內(nèi)的機(jī)油標(biāo)尺進(jìn)行查看,辨明原因。

針對(duì)以上三點(diǎn)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的解決后,啟動(dòng)設(shè)備,將轉(zhuǎn)速提高,查看是否穩(wěn)定,此時(shí)如果柴油機(jī)作業(yè)仍然不穩(wěn),那么說明問題另有所在,仍需繼續(xù)排查。

這時(shí)將問題集中到油泵方面,對(duì)油泵上部氣缸的高壓油管進(jìn)行逐一的斷油試驗(yàn),如果發(fā)現(xiàn)哪一個(gè)氣缸在斷開后藍(lán)煙現(xiàn)象解決,此時(shí)需要立即停機(jī),對(duì)這一油缸進(jìn)行噴油器拆除,進(jìn)行噴油壓力試驗(yàn)。此時(shí),一定會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),這個(gè)氣缸有滴油現(xiàn)象。取細(xì)銅絲對(duì)噴油孔進(jìn)行疏通后,重新安裝、啟動(dòng),就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)排煙呈現(xiàn)正常,此時(shí)排氣管問題算是正是解決。
