在潤滑系中裝用幾個不同濾清能力的濾清器——集濾器和細濾器,分別和主油道并聯(lián)和串聯(lián)。故濾清器可分全流式。全流式濾清器即粗濾器是和主油道串聯(lián)在一起的,因而發(fā)動機全部機油都通過它。它能濾去機油中粒度較大(直徑為0.1mm以上)的雜質(zhì),濾芯為紙質(zhì)。為了防止因粗濾器堵塞而斷油,在粗濾器的頭部裝有旁通閥,一旦粗濾器旁通閥堵塞,即可開啟,讓未經(jīng)濾清的機油輸入到主油道,以保證房地局各部位潤滑。
In lubrication system, several filters with the different filtration capacity, i.e. collecting filter and fine filter, are installed in parallel and in series with the main oil passage respectively. Therefore, the filter can be divided into full flow type. The full flow filter, that is, the primary filter, is connected in series with the main oil passage, so all engine oil passes through it. It can filter out impurities with large particle size (diameter more than 0.1mm) in the engine oil, and the filter element is paper. In order to prevent the oil cut-off due to the blockage of the strainer, a bypass valve is installed at the head of the strainer. Once the bypass valve of the strainer is blocked, it can be opened to allow the unfiltered oil to be input into the main oil passage to ensure the lubrication of all parts of the real estate bureau.
風(fēng)流濾清器即細濾器,細濾器可以濾去直接的0.001mm以上的細小雜質(zhì),它和主油道并聯(lián),濾芯亦為紙質(zhì)。機油經(jīng)細濾器濾清后回到油低殼,由于發(fā)動機工作過程中總有一部分機油通過細濾器進行過濾,因此提高了總體濾清效果,延長了機油使用壽命。
The air flow filter is the secondary filter. The secondary filter can filter direct fine impurities above 0.001mm. It is connected in parallel with the main oil passage, and the filter element is also paper. The engine oil returns to the low oil shell after being filtered by the fine filter. Because part of the engine oil is always filtered by the fine filter during engine operation, the overall filtering effect is improved and the service life of the engine oil is prolonged.
全流式濾清器必須與分流式濾清器一起使用,不可只用分流式濾清器代替全流式濾清器。

機油濾芯
KTTA型柴油機使用的全流式機油濾清器由濾清器座和濾芯組成。濾清器座有三種類型:全流式機油濾清器座;旁通式濾清器座;組合式濾清器座。濾清器座有鋁制和鑄鐵制兩種:老式K38型用鋁制濾清器座;新式K38型和K50型用鑄鐵制濾清器座。

全流式機油濾清器座的組成由壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥、濾清器旁通閥和活塞冷卻閥。
