With the widespread use of diesel generator set, there are more and more problems, For example, when it is difficult to prevent water from entering the machine when using the diesel generator set, today let's learn how to deal with the water entering the diesel generator set:

1、不可以立即開機；

1. Do not start up immediately;

2、用水沖洗柴油機組外表，除去泥土及雜物，然后再用金屬清洗劑或洗衣粉清除表面的油污；

2. Wash the surface of the diesel unit with water to remove dirt and sundries, and then remove the oil stain on the surface with metal cleaning agent or washing powder;

3、將柴油發(fā)電機組的一端支起，使柴油發(fā)動機組油底殼放油部位處于低位置，旋下放油螺塞，拔出油標尺，使油底殼內(nèi)的水自行流出，當流至剛要放出機油時應略讓機油和水一起放出一部分后旋上放油螺塞；

3. Support one end of the diesel generator set so that the oil drain part of the oil pan of the diesel engine set is at the lowest position. Unscrew the oil drain plug and pull out the oil gauge to make the water in the oil pan flow out by itself. When it flows to the point where the oil is about to be drained, slightly let the oil and water drain together, and then screw on the oil drain plug;

4、拆下柴油發(fā)電機組空氣濾清器，拆掉濾清器上殼，取出濾芯等部件，除凈濾清器內(nèi)的水，用金屬清洗劑或柴油清洗各零件。濾片為塑料泡沫的，要用洗衣粉或肥皂水（禁用汽油）洗凈，然后用清水沖凈、晾干，再浸以適量機油（浸后用手盡力擠干）。換裝新濾片時要同樣進行油浸。濾芯為紙質(zhì)的，要換用新的。濾清器各零件清洗、晾干后，再按規(guī)定安裝好；

4. Remove the air filter of diesel generator set, remove the upper shell of the filter, take out the filter element and other components, remove the water in the filter, and clean all parts with metal cleaner or diesel oil. The filter is made of plastic foam. Wash it with detergent or soapy water (disable gasoline). Rinse and dry with clean water, then dip it in proper amount of oil. Oil immersion shall also be carried out when replacing a new filter. The filter element is made of paper and needs to be replaced with a new one. After cleaning and drying all parts of the filter, install them as required;

5、卸下進、排氣管及消聲器，排除掉內(nèi)部存水。打開減壓，搖轉(zhuǎn)柴油機，看進、排氣口是否有水排出，若有水排出則繼續(xù)搖轉(zhuǎn)曲軸，至氣缸內(nèi)的水全部排凈。裝上進、排氣管及消聲器，在進氣口加入少許機油，搖轉(zhuǎn)曲軸數(shù)圈，然后裝上空氣濾清器。若由于柴油機進水時間長，飛輪轉(zhuǎn)動困難，說明氣缸套、活塞環(huán)已經(jīng)生銹，應拆下除銹，清洗干凈后再裝配，生銹嚴重的要及時更換；

5. Remove the intake and exhaust pipes and mufflers to drain the internal water. Turn on the decompression valve and rotate the diesel engine to see whether there is water discharged from the inlet and exhaust ports. If there is water discharged, continue to rotate the crankshaft until all the water in the cylinder is discharged. Install the intake and exhaust pipes and muffler, add a little oil to the air inlet, rotate the crankshaft for several turns, and then install the air filter. If it is difficult to remove the rust from the cylinder, it means that the piston sleeve of the diesel engine should be cleaned in time after the cylinder has been removed for a long time. If it is difficult to remove the rust, it means that the piston sleeve of the diesel engine should be cleaned in time;

6、拆下柴油發(fā)電機組油箱，將其中的油、水全部放凈。檢查柴油濾清器及油管是否有水，若有水應排凈。清洗油箱及柴油濾清器，然后裝回原處，接通油路，在油箱內(nèi)加入清潔的柴油；

6. Remove the oil tank of diesel generator set and drain all the oil and water. Check whether there is water in the diesel filter and oil pipe. If there is water, drain it. Clean the oil tank and diesel filter, then replace it, connect the oil circuit, and add clean diesel into the oil tank;

7、放出水箱及水道內(nèi)的污水，清洗水道，加入清潔的河水或煮沸后的井水至水浮子升起。打開油門開關，起動柴油機。柴油機起動后要注意觀察機油指示器升起情況，傾聽柴油機有無異常響聲。經(jīng)檢查各部位正常否，磨合柴油機，磨合順序時先怠速、后中速、再高速，運轉(zhuǎn)時間各為5ｍｉｎ。磨合后停機放出機油。重新加入新機油，起動柴油機，中速運轉(zhuǎn)5ｍｉｎ，即可進行正常使用；

7. Drain the sewage in the water tank and water channel, clean the water channel, and add clean river water or boiled well water until the water float rises. Turn on the throttle switch and start the diesel engine. After the diesel engine is started, listen for the abnormal sound of the diesel engine oil indicator and pay attention to it. After checking whether all parts are normal, run in the diesel engine. In the running in sequence, first idle, then medium speed, and then high speed, and the running time is 5min respectively. After running in, stop the machine and drain the oil. Add new engine oil again, start the diesel engine, run at medium speed for 5min, and then it can be used normally;

8、拆下柴油發(fā)電機，檢查發(fā)電機內(nèi)部的定子及轉(zhuǎn)子，然后烘干方可再裝配。

8. Dismantle the diesel generator, check the stator and rotor inside the generator, and then dry it before reassembly.
