1、柴油發(fā)電機(jī)未加足冷卻水，或冷卻系統(tǒng)漏水而耗水過(guò)多高。

2、未按規(guī)定清洗冷卻系統(tǒng)，因水垢積累太多或雜物堵塞水箱散熱器芯管．冷卻水循環(huán)能力不強(qiáng)，冷卻效果差。

3、風(fēng)扇皮帶太松或損壞，或風(fēng)扇葉片變形使風(fēng)量不足，降低風(fēng)冷效果；或風(fēng)扇皮帶打滑導(dǎo)致柴油發(fā)電機(jī)的水泵軸轉(zhuǎn)速減慢，泵水量不足或不泵水。

3. 4、水泵內(nèi)局部堵塞或磨損過(guò)度漏水。
