發(fā)電機組配件在運作當(dāng)中會出現(xiàn)“發(fā)燒”的現(xiàn)象，過熱可能是由于發(fā)動機溫度過高，風(fēng)扇皮帶過緊及調(diào)整器限額電流凋整不當(dāng)引起，也可能由于本身的原因。這時候應(yīng)該對發(fā)電設(shè)備進行檢查維修，如果檢查到冷卻水和機油的溫度長時間超出正常許用值，則說明該發(fā)電機組配件出現(xiàn)了過熱故障。

主要原因有以下幾種：

1、機體與缸蓋的水道里雜質(zhì)沉積太多，使水循環(huán)不暢通，機油損耗過多也會引起散熱不良。
1. There are too many impurities in the water channel between the engine body and the cylinder head, which makes the water circulation not smooth. Excessive oil loss will also cause poor heat dissipation.
2、*使用硬水，導(dǎo)致水箱水道形成大量水垢，導(dǎo)致散熱不良。

3、冷卻系統(tǒng)有堵塞現(xiàn)象。由于減少了機油的冷卻效果，發(fā)電設(shè)備各摩擦副的熱量傳不出來，也會導(dǎo)致機體過熱。散熱、冷卻、潤滑系統(tǒng)的堵塞，都會導(dǎo)致柴油機過熱。

As the cooling effect of the engine oil is reduced, the heat of the friction pairs of the power generation equipment cannot be transferred, which will also lead to overheating of the engine body. Blockage of heat dissipation, cooling and lubrication systems will cause overheating of the diesel engine.
4、操作不當(dāng)，啟動時應(yīng)先用中小油門預(yù)熱一段時間，不能突然加大油門，猛加負荷，否則會使柴油發(fā)電機工作粗暴，溫度猛增。

同時機器的三相負荷電流不平衡，過載的一相繞組會過熱;若三相電流之差超過額定電流的10%，即屬于嚴重蛄相電流不平衡，三相電流不平衡會產(chǎn)生負序磁場，從而增加損耗，引起磁極繞組及套箍等部件發(fā)熱。這也是常見的一個問題。
