在燃氣發(fā)電機組推廣清潔燃料的過程中,也出現(xiàn)了一些與潤滑油相關的問題,引起了用戶的關注。比如改裝后的車輛燃氣發(fā)電機組仍然使用原廠機油,往往會導致積碳多、油泥大、換油周期縮短、發(fā)動機容易早期磨損、大修里程縮短等諸多問題。下面我們對這些現(xiàn)象和對策做一些簡單的分析和介紹。

燃氣發(fā)電機組與汽油、柴油不同,燃油純度高、熱效率高、燃氣溫度高、燃燒清潔,但潤滑性差,且含有一定量的硫,容易造成發(fā)動機相關零部件的粘附、摩擦、腐蝕和生銹。其缺點總結和分析如下
Unlike gasoline and diesel, gas generator sets have high fuel purity, high thermal efficiency, high gas temperature, and clean combustion, but poor lubricity and contain a certain amount of sulfur, which can easily cause adhesion, friction, corrosion, and rust of engine related components. 1、容易產(chǎn)生高溫積碳。
1. Easy to generate high-temperature carbon deposition.
燃氣發(fā)電機組燃燒完全,燃燒室溫度比汽油/柴油發(fā)動機高幾十到幾百度。高溫氧化會導致油品質(zhì)量和粘度下降太多,導致潤滑性能失效。氣缸溫度高時,潤滑油容易產(chǎn)生積碳,導致過早燃燒。火花塞積碳會導致發(fā)動機異常磨損或故障,還可能增加氮氧化物排放。
The gas generator set burns completely, and the combustion chamber temperature is tens to hundreds of degrees higher than that of gasoline/diesel engines. High temperature oxidation can lead to a significant decrease in oil quality and viscosity, leading to lubrication performance failure. When the cylinder temperature is high, lubricating oil is prone to carbon deposition, leading to premature combustion. Carbon accumulation in spark plugs can cause abnormal engine wear or malfunction, and may also increase nitrogen oxide emissions.

2.閥門部件容易磨損。

燃氣發(fā)電機組中的汽油/柴油以霧滴的形式噴入氣缸,可以對氣門、氣門座等部件進行潤滑和冷卻,而LNG以氣態(tài)進入氣缸,不具備液體潤滑的功能,容易使氣門、氣門座等部件在沒有潤滑的情況下變干,容易產(chǎn)生粘著磨損。普通機油的高灰添加劑在高溫作用下,容易在發(fā)動機零部件表面形成硬質(zhì)沉積物,造成發(fā)動機異常磨損、火花塞堵塞、氣門積碳,引起發(fā)動機爆震、點火延遲或氣門著火。結果,發(fā)動機功率降低,功率不穩(wěn)定,甚至縮短了發(fā)動機的使用壽命。
The gasoline/diesel in the gas generator set is sprayed into the cylinder in the form of droplets, which can lubricate and cool components such as valves and valve seats. 燃氣發(fā)電機組使用普通機油,廢氣中過量的氮氧化物無法解決,加速油泥的產(chǎn)生,可能造成油路堵塞或漆膜等有害物質(zhì)的產(chǎn)生。特別是裝有EGR裝置的發(fā)動機,容易造成油品質(zhì)量下降、濾清器堵塞、粘度、酸堿數(shù)失控等趨勢。
The use of ordinary engine oil in gas generator sets cannot solve the problem of excessive nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas, which accelerates the production of oil sludge and may cause oil blockage or the production of harmful substances such as paint films.
