1、柴油或機(jī)油雜質(zhì)多影響燃燒,或者牌號(hào)不對(duì),不能在工作環(huán)境下正常流轉(zhuǎn);
1. Excessive impurities in diesel or engine oil can affect combustion, or the brand is incorrect and cannot flow normally in the working environment;
2、環(huán)境溫度或冷卻水溫度過(guò)低,氣缸內(nèi)溫度達(dá)不到壓燃要求;
2. If the ambient temperature or cooling water temperature is too low, the temperature inside the cylinder cannot meet the requirements for compression ignition;
3、柴油機(jī)進(jìn)入氣缸內(nèi)的機(jī)油過(guò)多,影響燃燒,即竄機(jī)油問(wèn)題,活塞、氣缸磨損過(guò)大,兩者間隙增加,不止影響氣缸內(nèi)燃燒壓力,還降低了機(jī)油刮走的能力,其他如活塞環(huán)損壞、氣門(mén)損壞等問(wèn)題也是竄機(jī)油問(wèn)題的常見(jiàn)故障;
3. Excessive oil entering the cylinder of a diesel engine affects combustion, which is known as oil leakage. The piston and cylinder wear is too large, and the gap between the two increases. This not only affects the combustion pressure in the cylinder, but also reduces the ability of oil to be scraped away. Other problems such as piston ring damage and valve damage are also common faults of oil leakage;
4、氣門(mén)密封效果不良、活塞與氣缸壁間隙過(guò)大引起的漏氣問(wèn)題;
4. Leakage problems caused by poor valve sealing and excessive clearance between the piston and cylinder wall;
5、柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組過(guò)熱,如超載運(yùn)行,提前著火,降低柴油燃燒質(zhì)量;
5. Diesel generator set overheating, such as overloading operation, early ignition, and reduced diesel combustion quality;
6、噴油器故障,包括噴油嘴滴油、噴油量過(guò)大、霧化不充分、噴油時(shí)間過(guò)早或過(guò)遲、噴油壓力不足或過(guò)壓等問(wèn)題,都會(huì)影響柴油在氣缸內(nèi)的燃燒情況,柴油得不到足夠氧氣進(jìn)行燃燒。
6. Fuel injector failures, including nozzle dripping, excessive fuel injection, insufficient atomization, premature or delayed fuel injection, insufficient or overpressure fuel injection pressure, can all affect the combustion of diesel in the cylinder, and diesel does not receive enough oxygen for combustion.
發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的積碳問(wèn)題是長(zhǎng)久以來(lái)存在的問(wèn)題,即使是在規(guī)范操作的前提下,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)也可能出現(xiàn)少量積碳問(wèn)題,未充分燃燒的碳顆粒聚集在排氣系統(tǒng)處,形成積碳,柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組以柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)作為驅(qū)動(dòng),產(chǎn)生積碳也是其常見(jiàn)的故障之一。
The problem of carbon accumulation in engines has been a long-standing issue. Even under standardized operation, a small amount of carbon accumulation may occur during long-term operation of the engine. Carbon particles that are not fully burned accumulate in the exhaust system, forming carbon deposits. Diesel generator sets are driven by diesel engines, and carbon accumulation is also a common fault.
